Today Debora Iapadre defended her Bachelor thesis on supported organocatalysts and new approaches to the recyle and reuse of organocatalysts. Debora expected to carry out some research in this area but, due to the covid-19 emergency, she was only able to set-up a couple of reactions before the lockdown was announced. Nevertheless Debora demonstrated to be an eager scientist and carried out autonomously a very detailed research on the subject. We were all struck by her thesis and her presentation and Debora graduated with top marks cum laude! Well done, Debora, we are looking forward to your next steps both as a scientist and as an artists!
